Drag and Drop

The drag and drop feature in Outlook is perhaps one of the most underrated features available. In essence, you can create an Outlook item by copying the details from another item. For example, you receive an email about an issue that you need to book a meeting for and wish to include the details of the email in the body of the meeting invitation, just drag the email onto in the Navigation Pane- the body of the email will be copied into the body of the appointment form.
